What Features Does My Site Have?
We can incorporate e-commerce, multiple languages, social sharing, embedded widgets, image galleries and slideshows, audio and video, integration with newsletters, blogs, basically anything you can think of. If you need your logo designed and a full branding package created, we can do that for you.
How Much Does A Website Cost?
The price for what you want will depend on factors that include how large a site you want, how uniquely-designed you want your website to be, and what features you would like to be included. When you request a quote, it is good to provide as much information as you can and providing urls of sites that you like can be helpful. A good website is an investment. How Will I Get The Content For My Website To You?
Usually what we do is create a Dropbox folder into which you can upload your content (texts, images, mp3 files, mp4 files and pdfs) and from which we can download it. Or you drop it off to our office in Byron Bay
How Long Until My Site is Online?
Rule #1 the more prepared you are the faster we can be! Which means if all of your copy text, photos, and ideas are ready we can start pretty much right away. If you need content created by us we will give you a time estimate after the complete proposal. It can range anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
Can You Set Up Email For Me?
Yes. We can set up domain-based email for you as soon as you have purchased your domain name and hosting space.. We recommend hostgator.com for your basic site hosting.
How Do I Update My Website?
Too easy! We will provide you with a training session and an easy to do instruction manual. It’s generally as simple as sending an email. If you don’t have time for that please contact us about bringing your site up to date!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay By Credit Card
We make it super easy for you to work with us! We can send you an invoice that is payable by major credit cards through paypal. This gives you the customer insurance and security provided by paypal. Our payment plans can also be catered to this credit card option.
Bank Transfer
We use Commonwealth Bank and can provide you with the bank details needed for a secure bank deposit. International clients are provided the Swift code and necessary information for the transfers.
PAYMENT PLANS
When you work with us, we work with you! We understand that sometimes a great business investment takes some time and financial planning. So for our clients that need to have a website and are not prepared fully to produce a 50% deposit, we are happy to announce an easier payment structure that works for you and gets your site online as quick as possible.
ONE TIME PAYMENT
Project can be paid in full within a week of completion. A credit card will be kept on file upon approval of the contract.
TWO TIMES PAYMENT
This is our standard policy, 50% down, on contract approval, 50% when the project is completed.
FOUR TIMES PAYMENT
Payments are spread equally over the payment period. Can be be paid fort-ninghtly or monthly. Credit card on file is required.
